Thoughts?

"Borrowed" from here.

  1. I wish I knew if that was correct or not. I've been a little confused lately..... do I spend lots of time and energy trying to get more followers to be successful, or do I just communicate with the 10 or so who actually leave comments and care.

Or do I just stop thinking about it? :)

  2. I guess it depends on how one defines success.
I defined it in the beginning more or less that my blogging would not be a waste of my time. For a few months, I felt talking to myself and having a record of my thoughts was worthwhile, but after half a year, not so much....
Now that I have those ten or so friends, I do not feel like I am talking to myself on my blog and thus wasting my time.
I don't need a great big following to feel "successful" at this... (which is good, because I am not one of those blogs with hundreds of followers. It's good to like where I'm at :-)

  3. If I can change one persons heart, or let someone know that they are not alone with their struggles....or if I can bring a smile and hope to someone with the random thoughts I share with my blog.....

    ......I call that success.

  4. Ecc 11:6 "In the morning sow your seed, and at evening withhold not your hand, for you do not know which will prosper, this or that, or whether both alike will be good." (ESV)

And... as vs. 1 says... we cast our bread onto the waters...

God will prosper our efforts for His Glory.

We may never know on this side... and that's OK.

God Bless, and thanks for stopping in!
