Once upon a time, a few short weeks ago, I was swimming along, minding my own business…
…when I met another Fish.
Her name was Dori, and yes she is a natural blue.
So over the weekend we sort of officially hooked up.
I like fishing. Sometimes you get some interesting catches.
You're supposed to be fishing for MEN.

ReplyDeleteLynnette. :)
Watch out for sharks. They hang out around the reef, on the deeper side.
ReplyDeleteHook, line, and sinker. Love it! Many blessings!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteWhoa... :) You're dating? I love it! Tell me everything!
ReplyDeleteHoo Ha Ha!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not asking for everything. But "official" is pretty ambiguous in this context, Favorite Fish. (Okay if I still call you that?)
ReplyDeleteGood point Anne.
ReplyDelete"Officially hooked up" means we finally started telling people we were in a relationship, and changed our respective statuses on Facebook. (The 21st century equivalent of going steady I guess.)
So we are officially a couple now, having got past the "dating" stage.
I feel SO old. "Making it official" used to mean getting married, but I suspected I might be out of touch with the way the term is used these days. Once again, FB proves to have the 'official' word. :D
